Car Loan but working visa to expire soon

I really need your advice, could the working visa get cancelled when an employee has a Bank car loan. What would be the situation when the Bank do not provide clearance can i still be given an exit permit?
any advice on the best thing to do as so confused now.
What is the car you are driving?
You will be detained at the airport even if you have an exit permit once the bank notifies the immigration.
While giving loan, most of the banks ask for NOC from company with a clause stating that the company will inform the bank before cancellation of the visa.
Due to this clause, company will inform the bank otherwise bank will put case against the company for the balance payment.
In net shell you have to clear your dues before leaving the company or as KHAN has said transfer the loan to somebody else with the car ownership but by this you will give the car at very discounted price.
You will be banned leaving Qatar until full settlement of your Loan. You can transfer the loan to somebody else with the car ownership. Company can provide you an exit permit without cancellation and you can exit. But to cancell you need to submit bank clearance letter to company.
