Car Accident

I had accident last year and my car got cancelled. it was other guys mistake. I went to police station and they sent me to Public Prosecution and then the case went to court. The sentense came and it does not say anything about my car and no compensation to me.

did anyone out there had any experience ?

Kindly advise what to do ????
