I make it a point to walk up 4 floors whenever i go down to the basement smoking room at my office. It makes me think about the climb up before i go for a smoke and makes me forgo certain trips altogether.

While you are printing or getting the papers from the file rack, dont just turn around your chair, stand up and get the thing you want.
