Can someone give me some tips

Hello friends, Can someone give me some tips of how to apply for job online from QP website? I have tried for the past one year. But failed to get to any interviews. Pls tell me if there is any special recipe or things I should take care when doing the application online. Pls help me.

Applying online for jobs does not guarantee the position to which you are going for.

It's not only you but maybe many more applying to that same position as well as those who are recommended from the inside.

And as said above in the end only the shortlisted potential candidates will be contacted for interview; which still does not guarantee you will get the job.
