can non qatari students get sponsored

i was wondering if anyone knows if non qatari students can get sponsorship, i am currently a mature(older) student enrolled in an engineering techonoly program my marks all fall between 95% and 100% and was wondering if companies like QP or Ras-Gas will sponsor not qataries under special circumstances. or if they are strict on only sponsoring Qataris

my wife works here and i am currenlty a student here in doha, we are both canadaian citizen. i am more interested in securing employment after school in doha.

as i hear it's hard for fresh non-qatari graduates to get jobs right out of school. and we plan on staying here for at least a few years after i graduate.

although helping pay for schooling would be nice
