I have been trying to contact Vodaphone Customer Care,i have sent many emails, immidiately I get a prompt Reply it takes up to 24 hours for a reply or some one would call.

But for the last 3 months, every week promptly i send a mail.

My problem is my Vodaphone number by mistake i had left back home during my vacation, it was switched off for couple of months,I got the sim card during last week of December and used for 3 days and even recharged.

One fine morning it got disconected, when i contacted Vodaphone by mail some person called and says your number is deactivated and you can not use any more as you have not used for a long period.

I asked her, then how can you recharge and allow me to use for few days and say nomore that number is for me.

she said if you want buy a new simcard and we will give you as bonus for what you have recharged.

I asked them to reinstall for me and i will pay the necessary charges for new sim card, she says it is not possible as the number has gone in to market and we can not trace in which agency it is available.

Inspite of such advanced communication days Vodaphone is not able to trace with whom my particular number is available and NO DECENCY TO REPLY OR CALL BACK .

I want to escalate my issue with some RESPONSIBLE HIGHER authorities, please help me

In Qatar, customer care in any company is useless, any customer care issue no one care to solve.

I suggest forget vodafone & get one Hala card & use it.

Vodafone sucks in India also, their services are useless.
