Sorry i don't know much, only that my friend told me. And  i think if you are an expat, you can just buy a real state in such place like Pearl.

Do you know of any big houses for sale in these areas. Not Wakra. We really need a big place with land. Not 520m. Anybody knows of a place?

Whhhhhaaaaatt????  3500000???? and in Ain khalid?  Maybe if it is in Al Saad , that is a possible price. But in Ain Khalid, La AH! Kitkat's  price is just right spendtrift. The ideal price for that is 1200000 Qr. There is in wakra, 6 rooms, sala, majlis, dining, kitchen, outside room, dirty kitchen , garage for two cars, maid's room, is for 1600000qr. only new and furnished. My Filipina friend married to Q bought it recently.

I went past the house. It could be interesting. But rather small. I do like the yellow house behind yours. Is that available? Do you know.?

 its 3 min far from mamoura , from mamoura going to the fish market , hmmm there is a small roundabout near it , go straight after this roundabout you'll found another one , go left , you'll find a few shops at your right , after the shops directly turn right , go straight , you'll find a soccer play ground at your right , exactly after the play ground turn right , then left , then right , you'll find 2 villas at your left hand , mine is villa no: 10.

Could u give directions so I will drive past it? I know just about all the roads, so just give me the closest landmark & I will find it from there.

Can you send me a private msm with the info where it is. I know Doha very well. Just explain wher it is & I will drive past it. If I like it from the outside I will contact you. We would prefere to have something Mamoura, Hilal or Waab. Not really Ein Khalid. Also we want some more land. More like 2000m. And alos not a villa which looks like all the others next to it, which I suppose you villa is.......Anyway I will look at it first from the outside ok?

The rates per studio appartment are around 500,000 riyals and 2 - 3 bedroom appartments are around 1.5 or 2 million riyals at the pearl, thats all I know.
