Agree with Accha ............. Personal safety is important than a job ........... Although tough but she needs to decide .......... & have caution .......................
Edgar_Macky: I faced such a situation at the hands of supervisor who was a terrible bully and a psycho. This was at an organization managed totally by US nationals. The management was aware of this person's behaviour. While the organization assured employees that there would be no workplace harassment, nothing was ever done to put a leash on this wild animal. Those employees who did not kiss his boots eventually lost their jobs. Complaints were lodged by many to the management but to no avail. Based on my experience, I believe there is nothing much one can do about such people in an organization. The only option is to quit the job and write to the management the reason for quitting.
Thanks guys for the advice. Actually she reported already this bullying with their HR dept but the action from them is very slow and with this view, this guy still continuing doing this bad things
If she can record his behaviour with a phone through a friend or buy one of those spy cameras on Amazon then she will have some solid proof. At the same time it is important that she informs her closest colleagues about it and keep them updated so that when there is a need for a witness they can come and testify. For now she needs to be patient until her plan is well prepared. I wish her all the best.

There are a couple of ways to approach this. Is it verbal, physical or sexual harrassment ?
You could report it to higher management and ask them to look into it.
You could complain to the labour office - see link

Edgar, Ask to maintain a diary about the manager's actions with date & time because she may has to prove the harassment , if possible she should get a witness also , next she can do is warn the guy to behave or she will report him to the highest officer or the sponsor ....... with all this he may chage a bit ....... but she needs to be very careful to record everything ....... then next step is to formally complaint the highest company authority and if they also ignore then straightaway report to police ......... with all the sequences ....... like when & how it started & what measures she has taken ............ This guy will be corrected very quickly ...........
