It just annoys me that someone can easily read my body language and tells me about it. And what he says is true. There are things that i cannot control, like getting nervous or uncomfortable. How can i possibly overcome this? It seems my confidence level has gone down a bit.

talk to others and have them tell you exactly WHAT it is that you do when you are nervous, etc...then next time you ARE nervous..try and contain those reactions..replace them with something else..a bit more positive looking. A lot of folks will clutch their hands in their laps, wring their hands. eyes shift and not look at the person who is talking..that kind of stuff.

exercise helps. get out and get active.... it is a cheap remedy for stress and things like what you are worried about....
