Blacklisted company

My company is blacklisted and expired computer card.so I can't transfer my visa. In this situation can I get noc for visa cancelation and come with new visa

You can transfer tru CID ...get all document of the new company and take it with your passport to cid and the will transfer your document to immigration to process to the new company without leaving doha
