beware new modus operandi my colleague was

my colleague was framed or i dont know what we can call this! at around 5pm this evening my friend went out to send his hard earned money, on the road while waiting for taxi a private car stopped by with 2 passengers and envite him to come in and told him they can take them to souk for free they are heading there anyway!confidently he get in as he used to do just as in any service car around.after 5-10 mins the front pasenger started to panic and said he lose his bundle of dollar, the car stop,he searched evryone, the driver, the other passenger then my friend.
First of all thank you for letting us all know about this and i'm sure we will be more street smart and alert in the future.
Now if i'm not mistaken this is the second case posted on QL, i remember a few weeks back someone posted something in a similar manner regarding getting into a back seat of a guy driving a porsche and the guy was i think also a nigerian or african. The point i want to make is that in the other post they too mentioned something about "dollar" as in when the front passenger got out of the car, the victim, who was seated behind was told to move in front. when he did so he noticed a big pile of "dollar" that he thought the first passenger had left by mistake. And then it was as u mentioned a big fight in the car when the first passenger came back and all to claim the money etc. this is all just at the top of my head cant remember details.
So what i'm thinking is now this is obviously a scam involving some of these nigerian/aferican people to go around picking people up randomly and then making up some excuse of missing their money or accidently forgetting to take their money and in the process the poor victim is left confused and scared as first of all they are traveling in a illegal way so they dont want to get caught themselves. You see how this scam works? Either they will rob you, how this post has mentioned, or they will scare u into saying you stole the other person's money and will call the cops on you.
Please be very careful who u get into the car with, dont assume Qatar is still a safe place as these con artists are everywhere.
Good Fortune always comes knocking at your door...when you are sh*tting in the toilet!! :)

WHAT WE CAN HOPE FROM AFRICAN & NIGERIAN NOBODY REPLYING THEM BY FRAUD e-MAILS SO NOW THEY USING TO DO IT,BE AWARE.
the man get out from the car took everyone wallets including my friend's wallet open it and just a few seconds he return it back to him, while on that moment, sudently the other guy inside the car noticed the money on the leg of the other, immidiately he grabbed that man acting harsly and violently on him, and told my friend to get out of the car coz he will gonna take the man to the police and more blah blah...so angry and aggressive! witout second thoughts my friend get out of the car felt relieved and thankful that he was not involve in the heck!
without realizing that his 4 thousand riyal is no longer in his wallet!until he is about to pay the bus.
if you hand over your wallet to strangers, then you deserve to get money stolen.
im sorry to say african but this is what he described..all are dark color, the driver and in the front seat are of robust built, while the other one is some what lean.there accent is like nigerian national.there car is greyish he dont remember..even the car model.
Serious lesson, don't get into a strangers car on your own and certainly not with another 2 passengers in it.
Sorry to hear about your friends money, must have been very scary.
