Qatar Academy ( i inquire here but they only accept Locals for pre school )

Doha College is going some some turmoil at present - Not sure where it will end up in a few years
Sherborne is fast gaining a 1st class reputation. it is under the control of the Supreme Education Council. It will be the one which the others will be aspiring to in a few years time. Your kids will end up with a British Public School Education.
Our children go to Doha College and we find it to be an excellent school. The teachers are great, there is a good mix of students from all nationalities, the children are very well behaved and they wake up looking forward to going there each day.
The Qatar Academy used to have a good mix of nationalities, but it is heading more towards a Qatari only school now. Great teachers and facilities, but not a wide variety of nationalities.
The Doha English Speaking School DESS is a good school, but there is no secondary school so they must apply and go elsewhere which could be a hassle.
These are all good - if you get any of them you should be happy to accept a place
