best dental clinic to remove aching teeth

what is the best and cheap dental clinic to remove aching teeth? i heard that they are not using cream for anaesthesia...they just directly inject... give advise..

if you have hamad card.. try meisameer health center in abu hamour near qtel tower... tooth extraction is free and the dentist is very good...
