deab...are there any restrictions like that?like strictly for local artists or that there should be a minimum number of paintings?sorry about the flurry of questions :-|

I spoke with my friends

Told me that important to them to know the nationality of the artist and the number of paintings

There are two places

Ministry of Culture - Cultural Village (Katara)

They can support the exhibition for free

Now regarding the Exhibition also check the Art Library in Souq Waqif there are also exhibitions there from time to time.

Guess it'll be free
