I had a trike for a disabled child shipped from the USA - Aramex stored it in New York for a few weeks until we enquired where the shipment was, then it went to Dubai by mistake. When it eventually arrived in Doha it had a big hole, just like what a forklift would make, through the side of the box and the trike was completely broken in half. Aramex deny responsibility and my son didn't get a trike. The box still sits in our villa because what is there to do with it :( Poor customer care and I wouldn't recommend them.
