applying as local hire in hamad online only

Good day everyone! I've been here in doha for 4 months now and I'm a registered nurse with 5 years of clinical experience also done with my prometric exam.I have a visa under my husband. My concern is that I am really persistent in applying at hamad medical hospital as a Nurse but their HR department told me that they are not accepting any resume anymore that I need to apply online together with other applicants outside doha. I did but no to avail. Has anyone of you got the same response from the HR? Thank you.
