Any improvement with Tata Sky Plus

Hi.
I have Tata Sky connection and of lately (beginning of summer) the signals have become from bad to worse. Now the services are almost zero from 8 AM till 6 PM.
Somebody suggested to upgrade to Tata Sky Plus which is immune to this problem.

Please share your experience on TS+ and also if you can refer to a technician to calibrate my connection (the old technician just vanished, mobile off)

its signal in worse in the afternoon. Only discovery and natgeo can be viewed.

signal is good in the evening and in the night sometimes
