Any Experience with Nooble Contracting? Please share

In June 2015, we signed a villa lease with noble contracting. The villa compound is located in Umm Sell and rent was below market as they were asking for full year one check. We paid and signed the lease now it has been two months as there is a dispute between leasing (Nooble) and Villa owner, we are in a dilemma now whether to take money back to wait for dispute resolution. It is not easy to find a good accommodation. Our money is at stake. Does anyone have similar experiences? Can we trust noble and wait? Your comments are highly appreciated.
