American Nurse Moving to Qatar

I never saw an american nurse here, they are mostly filipinos, indians and other asian countries, and for you information the monthly salary is usually you get is a monthly salary of 7000 to 15000 based on nationality, and also I recommend you to join the HAMAD hospital which is the government hospital. could you tell me how much was your income in USA as a nurse since Im going to study for nursing soon?

Hi, Its not true that people hate Americans. Its a perception and once you come here, this impression would go away from your mind. Its an Islamic country and Qatar is fair to all its expatriates and are trying to do the level best possible though there will be certain cultural restrictions. Its a peaceful place to live.

You will come across many people at QL who will readily extend a helping hand should you face an problems or seek advice. We have a friendly lot here. Just don't worry and come over. I am confident you will soon get to like this place.
