Alert for All regarding a Lady who just travelled with her Son from Sri Lanka on visit visa

Dear All,

Purpose of sharing this story is to a alert you all to avoid facing same situation.

Last month, I gave one lady my home for rent as I was going back home on holiday, she contacted my through EMO from Srilanka, she said since she is tralling for job purpose and agreed to take my flat from 14Nov17.

My friend gave her keys and she stayed there till I came back and noticed that she didn't pay advance security deposit/rent until 25Nov17, I reminder her as it was fully furnished flat.

Need to mention, there was complete mess in whole kitchen, she made story that her cousin was detained who is supposed to pay as she transfered funds to his local account in Srilanka and is now unable to contact him, she requested for payment date till 4Nov17 and disclosed to me that she is travelling back on 7Nov17, as she and her son were on visit visa.

I was amazed, gave her deadline for two days only to pay and then was busy in my office, yesterday when I came back home noticed that her utensils were missing from kitchen and her room was locked, knocked for several hours but no response then had to open room with spare keys, to my astonishment room was empty without her stuff, then tried calling her on her number but she was not picking later call went off, then tried her Srilanka number, which declined my call on every attempt.

Sharing her numbers so that no one else had to experience same.
