I got chicken pox on 2nd March 2014 and I am recovering from it now and I am planning to travel to India with Jet Airways on 15th of March 2014. My Question will Jet Airways and Immigration Department will stop me to travel as there will be some marks left in my face because of the Chicken Pox.

You need a Medical Certificate from a General Physician that you are fit to fly. Once you have that, you can fly anytime.
