Advice for visa transfer

Hi good day!

I would like to know how long will it take for transferring a visa. I came here with a family visit visa and the company who hired me said they would transfer it to engineer visa. It's been 2 months now but every time I call to the company to check an update, they said they will call me back once they have an update.

It Takes less than 48hrs to transfer the visa from visit to employment visa.. provided your company has all the paperwork submitted.
