Advice banks rules
Does banks based in Qatar ever keeps the rules laid down by the Central Bank of Qatar… No
Look at Commercial Bank of Qatar for the last 2 months Sept & October salary was blocked by the bank and left me penury to look after my family welfare, due to my 1 month of none payment of my loan which due to unforeseen reasons I could not pay. Hence 2 month salary was blocked and left me speechless and most of all to look after my family welfare.
According to the rules of the Central Bank of Qatar no banks are allowed to follow their own rules like Commercial Bank of Qatar, there are rules laid down by Qatar Central Bank when it comes to circumstances like what I am facing, the Central Bank of Qatar have made it a rules that the banks here in Qatar should look into family welfare and not take the full salary for the customers too also why to look after their family. Commercial Banks never follows that rules so far. The banks never follow any rules laid down by Central Bank of Qatar so far.
As for Central Bank of Qatar they too never bothered about complaint made through them. I had put in my complaint through their website and fill in the complaint form about CBQ so far they have not taken any action or they must have not looked into their website for complaint made by customers from different ban,. Wonder if they have ever taken any notice about their website complaint so far
