Adding Advertising as new service to a General Contracting Company

Hi,

I'm having a WLL company with General Contracting licence in Qatar. I would like to add Advertising also as a service of my company. Can anyone advice me on this? Is there any legal blocks in adding advertising as a new service to the existing one? I heard that only 100% Qatari owned companies can start advertizing companies here. I am not sure whether its right or wrong.

Please help me out on this.
