Hmmmmnnn … I really like Aspire especially for walking. Hope to lose weight within a week. My current weight is 195 pounds which is not ideal for a woman with 5’5 height.
Achieving Ideal Weight, this is the good title for this forum. I want to be an inspiration for the entire woman suffering from obesity.
Every two weeks I will give an update for my weight.

is to turn ur fridge off. it works for lazy people (me):
with no food at home and mainly no chocolate, and the issue of getting dressed and going to the store downstair which i won't do being lazy...out go the extra pounds.

Thanks for the advice.. .Yeah you’re right I should eat the right food which I am eating these past few days. It’s really quiet difficult to adjust since I love to eat fast foods and junk foods.

use of treadmill will help you in weight reduction, alongwith that you would have to take care of your diet. its not like eat whatever you like & then start running on the machine!!
