accredited hospital or clinic for US immigrant visa

hi everybody! does anyone know where or what are the accredited clinic or hospital to do the medical exam for a US immigrant visa here in qatar?

how's the process & how much? what are they going to check?

please help. i need an advice whether to do it here in qatar or better in my home country.
