@Lea898, Hi,if you had been provided with housing (accomodation)in your contract, Ta'llum group (which operates Al Maha Academy for Girls & several other schools in doha), they have an apartment residential complex located at Abu Hamour area (just beside Al Jazeera Academy, also a Ta'llum-run school), they provide modest fully-furnished accomodation to their teachers and staffs (both single and with family) with 24 hrs security, wifi internet connection in all bldgs.
Well I know of a single British female teacher employed not in the same school, but in one like it here in Doha, who was given a pretty decent apartment...hope this helps.
I would advise you to ask someone already working at the school to tell you. A reliable employer would have no problem with putting you in touch with a teacher already in place.
