1. You cannot work legally on a tourist visa.
2. If you've worked for two years you should have a residence visa. (If not you and your compay are in trouble).
3. You can terminate any contract obeying the notice period.
4. If you get an NOC you can immediately work for another company.
5. If you don't get an NOC you have a two-year ban no matter if you're hired locally or from abroad.
i came here as tourist visa,not hired from my country,
If u don't want to continue, they will send u on exit with 2 years ban for re entry. If you get NOC u r blessed for it.
