3rd month on arrival visa extension possible or not?

Can anyone please guide me to extend on arrival visa for 3rd month in this stage?

I want to extend my wife's visa for the 3rd month. Since there is a travel restriction also in this stage I don't want her to travel at this time. So is there any way?

I don't think it's possible. I thought it would be, as I tried a few months ago in December. They of course may have exceptions during this time, with the virus.
