Police Clearance Certificate - PCC

I applied for PCC recently through Metrash2 and got it easily but the period mentioned is only the current one (from April 21 to Present).

I had been a resident before in Qatar from Feb 2020 to Jan 2021 but left Qatar after cancelling my RP and came back on a new RP.

Does anyone know how to get the PCC for this previous stay period which was under the same QID number?
