Need Help (Qpost)

I updated my new passport info from Metrash2 App Last Month

It(updated QID) is supposed to be delivered on the 15th of April from Qpost. I didn't receive any confirmation Message or Call regarding delivery . I called Qpost the next day, they said it was delivered to someone else and they give a Name and Contact number(the guy who Received my QID ) I try to call this number no response.

again I contact Qpost Customer Service since then they're checking with their driver

every time I call them they open a case and then there is no more update from them

Track your QID deliveries from MOI portal in the below link https://portal.moi.gov.qa/wps/portal/MOIInternet/services/inquiries/qpostservices/qpostinquiries

Suggest you visit QPost office located at Corniche and talk to the authorities there. QPost works in the evenings also. Thus you can follow it up with them regularly by paying them a visit.
