Clarification regarding Sponsership Transfer and Cancel of QID

Hi,

I have been working with my current company for the past two years, and this is my fourth company in Qatar. I transferred my sponsorship from my previous employer two years ago. However, due to some internal politics, I am anticipating a potential termination from my current employer.

My question is: If my employer terminates the contract, are they allowed to cancel my QID without my consent, or should they provide me with a No Objection Letter to search for another job?

I would greatly appreciate any guidance on this matter.
