I went to the Phil. Embassy this morning and I was the first to cast a vote today for Election 2010. Our system does not follow those in Pinas that can be read by machine, we still do the manual voting, that is, write the names of the candidates you like to vote. Don't worry, it will not take that long to fill-up the form, you can wrote their nicknames too,it will do.
Because Phil.Embassy did not provide the registrants with voter's ID, anyone who would like to cast their vote may show show their QID.
Voting time 8:00am-4:00pm
Starts: April 10
