Pumunta ako sa Phil Embassy kanina mga 8am for authentication of my documents it was written in my receipt 130-4pm they will release.Naka post sa window na processing and releasing at 8am-12noon and 130-4pm.Actually last week pumunta din ako for the authentication mga 8am then they released 10am.I am just wondering bakit ngaun in between 130-4pm pa ma release docs ko? There is no difference,right? Meron ba silang cut off time for processing? Tapos yung nasa processing area na matandang GGGGGRRRRRR at sa releasing area bakit ganun cla makasagot sa tanong mo PASIGAW? Ganun ba talaga voice tone nila?
