question regarding direct hire visa

mam im a 23 y/o nurse in the phil. i was issued a visa from my employer in doha (through direct hire) the visa type is WORK VISA-ONe visit and the indicated purpose is for VISIT and it is valid for 5 yrs.. We asked for assistance in some agencies but they're asking for 30k for the visa sticker and poea processing. Thru your forum, we found out that we can have our visa sticker trough DHL. Ma'am may I just asked if what other necessary documents are needed in the airport and as well in Qatar. After the visa sticker do we still need to go to POEA to get a OEC? what are the requirmnts needed for us to get OEC? and steps?

We dont want to go trough agencies since a lot them are "mapagsamantala". This is our first time to work abroad. pls help us po.
