qdc renewal process
i just have a question to you guys you just recently renew or try to renew their license.
My case goes like these;
I send my new salary certificate through email as suggested by Customer service. I called to confirm if they receive, and the officer said yes and ask me to call max 3days to check if the card is ready.
Then due to an upcoming holiday, I called up today morning asking if i can come and submit the ppers in person to fasten the procedure, he said yes!
when i came today and submit the letter, the admin. asst interogate me asking when did i change my work, who is my sponsor. Then after all the questions, he said "come back after 3 days", I asked him why, he said my card is blocked and the upper management needs approval. So I asked him again, whats the reason - he said he dont know.. then before i went out he said that there was a note there saying that I am purchasing a lot every month and that is questionable.
i was surprised because i only use the limit that they gave me, fair enough..
another story;
My friend went there 4times in row and was rejected with the reason that the letter is not the same as other employee in our company. and was advsed not to come and just to send an email. BUT we are sure that the letter was authentic.
Any new rules with QDC? all your input will treated as additional knowledge.
