Mga Kabayan,
Gusto ko lang po sana malaman mga opinion nio sa sitwasyon ko sa work... today i was terminated. nag work po ako sa company na un for 1 year and 3 months.. this is my 2nd contract and according to my manager they are replacing me for a much better employee who they believe will be better than me. FYI po receptionist ako but i also do admin and secretarial works for the whole office. Anyway thats the only reason they have told me and ask me to hand over my jobs temporarily to one of the admins. they will pay ung 1 month na prior notice sakin since gusto nila 15 pa lang umalis na ko and bibigay nila end of gratuity ko, vacation since di ko pa nakuha..ung ticket nakikiusao pa ko if pwede nila bigay sakin cash since di pa ko nag vacation ever.
Anyway po am under Husabnd sponsor namn po so hopefully po makahanp agad ako work
i just need your opinion nio kung makatarungan ba ung pag kaka terminate sakin kung ang reason lang nila dahil incompetent ako without any written warning about it.
and some people sabi sakin babayaran ng comapny dapat ung buong contarctsince di daw valid reason un ayon sa labor law..tama po ba yun??? if not bukod sa mga bibigay nila sakin ano pa po ba need ko hingin sknila.
