New Filipino Restaurant at Najma
Dear FILEX:
Thanks sa mga advices. After a series of tug-o-wars with my "supposedly" pinoy business partner, we came up with a compromise and finally the ball will start to get rolling and hopefully by next month e pwede ko ng buksan ang Pinoy Restaurant.
I just want to share to you guys yung isang scheme na nakakabaliw. Yung Pinoy business partner ko e me kasosyo din palang Indiano na me ari ng pwesto. Nagulat ako sa sinabi nila na they bought the rights to the place and it cost them around 350k. So syempre gusto nilang mabawi kaagad ang ipinuhunan nila in a shortest possible time. They suggested a 50-50 profit sharing scheme. Heto ang nakakabaliw. They will get the 50% of my net profit every month. Ano ang gagawin nila? They will just sit there and wait. Ako? I'll be shelling out a huge sum of money to do the renovation, hire pinoy cook, buy restaurant items, etc plus i'll be the one managing the place. Nag-back out ako. They offered to rent the place (2-storey) and it'll cost me 20k/month but wala silang profit sharing. Back-out na naman ako kasi break-even lang ang mangyayari. Bakit ka pa nagtayo ng business, di ba? Finally they've come up with a scheme that i'll rent only the lower portion of the shop at a reasonable price. Pumayag na ako kasi there's a huge potential on that area kahit maliit yung place.
Marami pa akong kinakailangang gawin but hopefully that with God's guidance, I won't encounter any hiccups along the way.
I'll inform you on when the opening will be. Any suggested Menu besides the goto?
Thanks
