KUMIKITANG KABUHAYAN - BAHAY BASED

Kagabi habang nasa isang restaurant ako sa may Bin Mahmoud iniisip ko ung discussion nila. Pag iwas sa mga unnecessary expenses to save etc. etc. Diniscuss din yata nila ung investments either in stocks or properties and so on and so forth. Future plans ika nga…Pero paano kaming wala pang savings or may na-save man pero not enough to buy shares of stocks nor acquire an installment properties due to our income.

And so I initiated this thread not to compete with the group of Yano or with anybody. Kundi bigyan naman ng option isang discussion venue ang mga kagaya ko na gustong kumita pero sa maliit na halaga lng. Simpleng negosyo.

Ako personally for almost 10 years of working I just started saving money few months ago lang baka hindi pa nga savings for myself dahil may kautangan pa nga ang pamilya namin na dapat bayaran na nakapangalan sa akin. And since I don’t have enough savings pa naman hindi muna ako magjump sa malakihang negosyo or investment or shall I say corporate investment nor acquiring properties.

The only amount I can afford to invest is maximum of 1,000 riyals or 12,800 pesos… Saan ba makararating na investment na ito? Since kasisiyang pera ko gusto kong i-invest ito sa isang low risk, kikita at xempre mabilis ang turn over. Dito ngaun papasok ang HOME BASED BUSINESS.

In this particular meet up, no formal programs and no books to read etc… but just a plain discussion with real Entrepinoys na nalugi or nagtagumpay. Maririnig mismo natin from the entrepreneurs (ENTREPINOYS) kung anu nagging experience nila in handling their business. Anu ano ang mga hinarap nilang problema? Kung nakasurvive sila, paano nila nagawa yun, anung sikreto?

This is open to all QL Filexpats members, venue is to be advised. Lahat ay nakakaranas ng krisis ngaun kaya “BRING YOUR OWN BAON” pero kung gusto magvolunteer na magpa 3-in-1 coffee or pa-pandesal or cookies why not, very much welcome. BASTA HINDI ITO COMPULSARY!

Parang TESDA po itong plano na ito... Sa gustong maging ENTREPINOY or mga ENTREPINOY na... Sali na!
