Kabayan, nakita nyo na po ba itong ads tungkol dito sa 2 months free house rent? (please see attached in word document) Actually nakita na namin yung flat, fully furnished at maganda yung mga furnitures. Sa likod lang sya ng Food Palace malapit sa Jaidah Fly-over. Gusto sana naming kunin yung flat, pero can’t afford to pay 6k every month. No commissions but nanghihingi sila ng 6k advance payment which is refundable and 1 year post dated checque. Pero iwiwidraw daw po nila yung 1st payment sa October pa dahil nga po sa 2 months free. Plan namin kunin yung flat then hanap kami makaka-share kaya lang dahil nga sa wala kaming current account to provide cheques, di namin makuha. Meron po ba sa inyong interesadong kunin yung flat at tumayong Landlord or Landlady, then kami na lang makiki-sahre. Thanks in advance
