1st Friendship Bowling Tournament Guidelines/Procedure
ALL GAMES WILL BE PLAYED AT THE VENUE AS ANNOUNCED FROM THE PREVIOUS POST.
1.Filexpat 1st Bowling Friendship Tournament is open to all members of Filipino Expatriates Group of Qatar Living.com.
2.All games will be played on Ika Labing Apat nitong Buwan, Huwebes (one night only) and starts at exactly 08:30 pm. There will be Committees present at the alley to give groups/teams their tally sheets to be completed.
3.The fee for each bowler/player is QR30.00 plus the QR10.00 for shirt printing. Each person/bowler will submit one White Collared T-Shirt of their choice. Group/Team Leader is responsible for his/her team’s requirements.
4.Deadline of payments and submission of shirts is on Tuesday, 5th August 2008.
5.A group/team for the tournament is composed of seven (7) bowlers. If a group/team will miss one or more players, substitute/s is/are subject for approval by committees and organizers.
6.The tournament allows each group to play two games for the elimination round. Only three (3) groups/teams with the highest score will move to the Final Round.
7.Final round will be played by top three (3) groups. Only one (1) game to play. Scores from the elimination round will be disregarded; will start at “0” for the final round game.
8.Group/Team with highest score in the Final Round will declare the “Winner” and receive a special recognition.
9.Special recognition will also be given to a bowler/player with the highest score (Without Foul) in elimination and one in the Final round.
10.Since we are reserving seven lanes from the said venue, we strictly request all groups or teams to be in the venue on or before the time.

Tuesday Night, tuloy pa rin ang practice natin so please be on time at the venuw. Last practice na po ng lahat ng grupo so to all, please cooperate with your teams. Kung may mga problema, kulang na miyembro, etc., we will finalized that on Tues.
