One of my friends in Manila ay may nai-start na italian resto sa pinas 2005..now 27 branches na ito..
incorporator sya dito pero small lang yung share na naipasok nya... she handled everything from operations purchasing etc.. that is why sya talaga ang hands on sa biz na ito kesa sa ibang shareholders na talagang nag share lang at kumukubra monthly ng kita nila...
Now.. since naka 27 outlets na nga sila she decided to put up her own na ...and meron din kse mga management decision na hindi na cya nag agree so they parted ways na...

Now mayroong magandang place sa Paseo.. dun din galing yung isang resto nila kaya kumbaga renovated na ...hindi na nag renew yung pinang galingan nyang company since may isang branch pa sila sa makati...
sa (valero)...

Since I know her and her family since bata pa kami...she asked me if feel ko mag join..as incorporator nga.. 10% na lang open na share and my sister got the 5% na which is 100k in peso...
