Is it true that a family member below 10yrs old and more than 60 yrs old is NOT required to undergo medical test for visa extension? My mother (62 yrs old) just arrived last week and with a family visit status valid for 1 mo. I want her to extend her stay but they said it's up to 6 mos only. What are the requirements that she needs? Is it possible that she can get resident visa also?
