i am so upset and worried right now..i hope my kababayans can help me find the right answer to my questions..

my hubby resigned from his previous employer. i am not under his sponsorship..unfortunately, our 10months old baby is. we tried to transfer our baby's sponshorship to me, but labor dept. has rejected our request. in short, my hubby and baby's visas were cancelled and they left qatar last july 11.

my hubby was already hired by a new company before leaving qatar and he was expected to start working by august 7.  i already applied for my hubby and baby's VISIT VISA (as again they rejected my RP application for my baby), and it's already approved.

i tried to go on vacation but my company wont allow me til september. my hubby has to come back to qatar by next week. question:

1. can my husband bring our baby along with him? what would be the requirements? somebody told me a paper from DSWD is required..but i have to get a form 1st from the embassy, send it to philippines thru DHL which will take 3days, then my hubby must submit it to DSWD (another 1 week processing)...is it true(other people were saying he only needs to go to DHL? coz if yes, it means we dont have enough time as he has to come back before 7th. i am just wondering if it's still necessary, as according to them this process is important so that no father can bring his child outside philippines without the mom's consent --- e AKO NAMAN ANG SPONSOR NG VISIT VISA NILA PAREHO

2. if ever my company will alow me to go to philippines, do i also have to get any documents if i will be the one to bring my baby to qatar?

SORRY for the long post, i just dont know wat to do..i need an urgent answer..Imiss my baby so much and my baby isnt feeding well anymore and he now always sick :(

thanks..
