Hinihiling ng isang mambabatas na ipagbawal na sa lahat ng mga empleyado ng gobyerno ang social networking sites at mga computer games.

Ito ang nilalaman ng House Resolution 184 na inihain ni Marikina Rep. Miro Quimbo, matapos makatanggap ng mga reklamo ukol sa paglalaro ng computer games ng mga government officials sa oras ng trabaho.

Dahilan aniya ito kaya naaabala ang ilang mga transaksyon ng pamahalaan busnod ng abala sa mga ganitong gawain ang dapat sana ay naglilingkod na mga empleyado ng pamahalaan.

"Whereas, it has been noted that the unabated and unregulated use of the internet by government officials and employees during office hours adversely affects their production and the quality of services they provide," ani Quimbo sa kanyang resolusyon.

Batay sa mga reklamo, may mga computer games na hindi maiwanan ng mga empleyado dahil sa takot na "matatalo" ang mga ito o kaya kailangang mag-harvest sa kanilang larong Farm Ville o Farm Town.
