Doon po sa atin
kagagaling ko lng ng bakasyun sa pinas (emergency leave kumbaga). Sa dalawang linggo kong pananatili doon sa aming bayan, parang bitin ang bakasyun. However, there were things that seem noticeable. As per the elections are coming over (again), I can see some banners/ads posters everywhere, tv & even in movie theaters, all by those who wanted to run as 'our public servant'kuno. As if to solve the nation's problem or so. But, do we really have a problem? I mean, I was in Jollibee the other night (before departing Mla, and boy! what a queue! imagine to wait for half an hour just to get your order at the counter? And people shopping here & there at the MOA (Mall of Asia)?Sinong may sabing naghihirap ang pinas! Kahit sidewalk vendor doon ay may hawak na cellphone at wow, mas advance pa kaya features nila kaysa akin huh? I can see ladies & men in fashion wears ( those wore by maniquins in villagio stores)? Foods are everywhere (if you have money) of course. At ang beaches & resorts, sangkatutak ang mga nagpupuntahan. Almost all the hang-out clubs have 'live bands' playing every nite, at syempre hindi lng pang-karaoke ang boses nila huh!
Anyway, those were my observations only. What else to see after going back two years again? Well who knows? Baka naka-laptop na si sidewalk vendor friend ko. HE!he!he!
One more thing, my son shared with me some books (about jokes) by Bob Ong. Well, I can say the stuff really is funny and fun to read with.
Title of the Book: "Ang Paboritong Libro ni Hudas"
