Don't be surprised one day when while you're stoplighted in an intersection, a friendly & smiling traffic cop knocks on your window & hands you a violation ticket...for not using seatbelts, cellphone use, skidding pedestrian lanes, improper use of signal light, & yes even humongous stuffed toys blocking the rear view, etc. Yes thanks to the continued effort of Qatar traffic division to curb "pasaway" drivers. Traffic cops are now deployed "on foot" around the city as eyes on the road watching every inch of traffic violation.

Well, Pinoys are generally behaved drivers I know that for sure...
