We encourage each team to create/vote for their own respected Leader & Asst. Leader. Let me know when you have it so we could assigned tasks immediately. Their responsibilities are: (a)to handle their own team for all of the activities, (b)required/allowed to assign members to participate in sports/games, (c)and they'll serve as the primary point of the program committees/coordinators.
Also, we'd like to know who are interested to have their own "group color Filexpat Personalized T-shirt" for only QR.30 riyals? Kindly send me 'PM' and let me know your size/s as soonest.
Please note that we don't obligue each members to buy this shirt. You/We can still participate & enjoy our event without having/wearing it. It's just some suggested to have one so we come up with this. This can possibly use also in the upcoming Phil. Independence Day Celebration.
