Try the Princeton Review in Al Saad ( Near Royal Plaza 4368580). One of my freinds needed Band 07 for Can'ian Immigration. He took test on his own in Jan 09 got 5.5, after he joined them in March, and he made Band 07. I think, these guys know the job well.

Try British Council near Al Sadd signal, sorry i dont have their ctc# but u can search thru yellow page..!
