first of all what nationality you are? if you have embassy here in qatar try to get info from your embassy if not?

then we will tell you were you find a tutor or learning center for english.

Read english newspapers everyday and look for the words u don't understand in the dictionary..

i agree with the suggestion of british council.

You can find it in alsadd near centrepoint and tivoli.

they have lots of courses.

another place is north atlantic college.

If you want cheaper places, you can look fior centeres in alwaseet or alshamel which comes with newspapers daily.

if you are in Qatar search for the British Council there l think l heard once that they had a branch there.

it will be useful if you have first general courses as to have a basic of grammar and structure and then move to a conversational course.

Learning a language needs long term goals not a short one

so please keep patient.
